i like it -i like it alot. dean in this garb looks fantastic. sam still doesn’t look happy-but still fantastic looking in the long suit coat as well. handsome twosome. i always liked movies set in the midievil times. so this looks very good to me.

thats a good observation stone-maybe. i mean just look back to see how many realms dean had been to. there has to be a reason he dominates those realms-or fits into those realms. be it in a good way or a bad way. he dominated the fairies in the fairies world. they kicked him out. it would be nice to have smart writing and do a tie in to that.

Looks like this one will be good for some laughs. Like the costumes. NO microwaves in medievil times so Dean better watch his back. The fairies might be out for payback. hehehe

I Love it already!!! But, when is it going to be Sam’s turn for dress up!!
In my opinion, this show is totally refreshed.! This year started great and on it goes. Although I really miss Bobby!!!

lucy i was thinking the same thing-jared doesn’t seem to do alot of the period dressing. he is tall-maybe he can’t pull it off as easily as jensen can-and jared usually plays the straight man to jensens comedy. kinda like luke skywalker and han solo. one was serious the other was a clown.

SPN Wardrobe doesn’t have Jared’s size in costume gear. LOL
Jared can play dress up after SPN Ends after season 10 ….at the movies.

I know I’m gonna piss somebody off here, but to me, they are making Dean look silly with this getup, and I don’t think they would ever do that to Sam.
I’m a little disappointed. I thought( hoped) that both boys would be dressed as knights. They would’ve both looked great.
I think Jared can pull off any period look they would give him. What I find harder to believe is that people actually buy him as an FBI agent with his hair as long as it is. I mean, I like his hair but would you think a real FBI agent would have it that long? He could trim it a little. And Jensen could grow his just a bit, longer on the forehead and covering his ears a bit. If I could find one fault with that beautiful man, it would be that he cuts his hair too short, which sometimes makes his ears stick out a little. Plus, I still insist that his hair is dark blond, not brown, and if it was just a bit longer,you would be able to tell. Just a little longer, but still within a length that he would be believable as an FBI agent.

I agree that Sam’s hair is too long to be taken credibly as a Federal agent. However, I would like them *both* to dress up more, as in earlier seasons, and not just default to the FBI. That gets a little dull.

I thought the boys both looked so good last season when they were dressed as baggage carriers. And they both would look good in glasses. Doesn’t Jensen wear glasses in real life? I think some men really look hot in them, sometimes better with them than without.

The Guys could wear plastic garbage bags and still look amazing! Lol and on top of that, the acting would be top notch and we will be so engrossed in the story and watching them that we would not even notice what they are wearing! LOL

Sam does get to play dress up at the end of the episode and watch out for Dean in a stupid wig. Also Felicia Day’s scenes are mostly with Dean, they have fun together and talk. I think she said Charlie picks up on Dean’s side of the brotherly issues when they chat as Dean stays at the fair and Sam goes to research and investigate elsewhere.
