‘Supernatural’ on TV Guide’s Top 100 Episodes of All-Time
Supernatural is typically underappreciated by anyone giving out awards, as exhibited by the total lack of nominations at the Teen Choice Awards. To make up for that, TV Guide Magazine has come out with its list of the 100 Best Episodes of All-Time, and Supernatural actually made the list.
The rules seem to indicate that the magazine only chose one episode per show, and for Supernatural, they went with the season 3 finale, “No Rest for the Wicked,” with Dean going to Hell. Personally I wouldn’t say this is the absolute best episode of the show, but we have to take what we can get. Here’s what they said:
“95. SUPERNATURAL
“No Rest for the Wicked” 5/18/2008
The show went to Hell—literally—when Dean settled his deal with the Devil in Season 3’s brutally good finale. “

Supernatural doesn’t only have the best episodes but it’s the best show. It’s the show I refuse to miss, even if it’s a repeat. I love coming to this website for my Supernatural updates, it’s the best. Go Supernatural and Go Supernatural.tv.

This was a great episode but I agree that it wasn’t one of the best. Of course it’s really hard to choose because there are so many good ones. Thank you T.V. Guide for the acknowledgment of our favorite show. Now can you PLEASE give us a cover. PLEASE!PLEASE!PLEASE! If you can give True Blood one (which in my opinion is not that good a show) then you can certainly give Supernatural one. Even Fringe got a cover and that was in it’s first season. Come on guys, give the fans a break. We want to see a picture of Jared, Jensen, and the Impala on the cover.

JanieBee64, I could not possibly agree with you more! A cover shot would be not only validation of a job we all know to be extremely well done, but also a shout out to the rest of the world that this is the best show you’re not watching! “True Blood” is getting all kinds of props, largely I think because of two things. Vampires are getting a hard look these days thanks to “Twilight” (can you say BAND WAGON?!?!?!)and also the show’s on HBO, a station known to promote its shows. CW has done pretty much squat, and it’s the fans who have done the network’s job of promotion through word of mouth. Sam and Dean on the cover? I’d frame it!
