Jeffrey also played 'John
Winchester,' the now deceased father of brothers Dean
and Sam Winchester (Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki)
on the CW's hit show Supernatural. He re appeared, in
the two part season 2 finale, and according to Eric Kripke,
Supernatural’s creator, his return in season three
depends on Jeffrey's increasingly busy schedule.

flashback and fantasy sequences as 'Judah Botwin', the
deceased husband of Mary Louise Parker's character, in
Weeds. It is his untimely death that forces the newly
single mom to resort to selling marijuana to make a living
in suburban Los Angeles.

determined to milk ratings from gang related riots.
Also to be filmed in 2007
is Helen, with Gillian Anderson. This is the story of
a University professor, Helen Leonard (Anderson), and
her struggle with clinical depression. Jeffrey is cast
as David, Helen's husband who attempts to support her,
despite the difficulties her disease imposes on therm
as a couple.
In February, 2007, Jeffrey
finished shooting The Accidental Husband with Uma Thurman
and Colin Firth.
In the fall of 2006 he played
'William' in P.S. I Love You starring Hilary Swank and
Gerard Butler.
Just released (April, 2007) at the Tribeca Film Festival

band, The Eagles. The Seattle native also loves to root
for his home team, the Seattle Seahawks. He currently
resides in Los Angeles. His long time canine companion
is Bisou (French for "kiss") Morgan, a nine
