Salvation

 

Only one episode left, and this week Salvation left us with so many questions our heads were turning. Well mine was kind of like the exorcist. I need the boys....any way on to the review.

Highlights

I have to admit I'm not a big fan of Meg, but the opening scene kicked butt. She really pulls off that love to hate the bad guy thing. Although she still severely annoys me, she gained major points this episode from me.

More Demon knowledge- it’s great we finally got insight on the demon after waiting for a very long time. The thing creeps me out. I can’t wait and can only hope they kill the thing this week.

Sam's visions- they haven’t used them in awhile and I am glad they're not an all the time thing. But, I am happy that they brought them out again. Jared does so well with the Oh I need a pain killer routine for the visions. Not to mention the visions themselves always creep me out.

They confronted the demon andI was like shoot the thing Sam. He stalled for a moment. I don’t blame him. He was staring at the thing that killed his mom and girlfriend. So I would stall too, but there are only three more bullets left.

Another new evil hottie- this is always a highlight because it gives more for us to stare at the screen and pay attention. Not the only thing I watch for though. I also watch for the awesome plot.

Finally how it ended left me at least screaming at the TV.

Pro's and Cons

Pro- John blessing the water. I thought that was so cool. I was like he is so smart. Then it was finally used I laughed at Meg and the new guy.

Pro- Meg getting shot I mean come on it was semi funny.

Pro- The creepy effect when the demon showed up. I was creeped out at least.

Con- Seriously did they think a fake gun would fool the demons? I mean think about it.

Con- I really wanted to get to know John's friends and how they were all involved. I wish they weren’t killed.

Con- I really didn’t like how they just broke into the house. I mean I know they ran out of things to do. But couldn’t they have been like police we have to search your house. I don’t know just me being picky.

So all in all was a pretty decent episode. For me I didn’t think it was the greatest episode of the season. But I do think it was an awesome episode worthy of greatness. Left us all pumped for Thursdayand the big finale.
